Oleksiy V. Arkhypov
Oleksiy V. Arkhypov (b. 1959; PhD) is a retired Ukrainian astrophysicist and radio astronomer. He worked at the Academies of Sciences of Austria (Space Research Institute, Graz) and Ukraine (Institute of Radio Astronomy, Kharkiv), as well as an associate professor taught at the Karazin National University in Kharkiv. In addition to academic publications in astrophysics and radio astronomy, his contributions include planetology, SETI and astronomical anomalies.
